Best Christmas-related funny thing the Little Dude has said all week:

Me: And after you go to bed tonight I'm going to make some gingerbread cookies. They'll all be in Christmas shapes; trees and stars and gingerbread men and angels. 

Little Dude: You should make rooth cookies.

Me: What's a Ruth cookie.

Little Dude: You know, that thing. Its all leaves and it goes around and around. A rooth. 

(Hm. Have you figured it out yet. Took me a minute.) 

Me: Oh, a wreath, you mean a cookie shaped like a wreath. 

Little Dude: Yeah, you should do that. 

I'll get right on it.
