We've had a fun and surprisingly relaxing day around here, gearing up for Christmas. There has been some visiting, some family, lots of eating (hubs made Chocolate Covered Candied Ginger, I could eat it all day) some early gift giving and some last minute gift making. And now, as usual, it is late at night and me and my giant baby filled belly attached to my aching back have got to get to bed. So I'm trying to be brief. Just one photo, because you know how I hate a photo-less post. Took this one on our walk through the woods today, after some tobogganing. I love to walk behind Hubs as he pulls the Little Dude on the sled, hearing them chatting a bit, as Hubs points out birds and other interesting things, and sound of the crunchy squeak of their boots in the snow.
Merry Christmas to all of you who read this. I Hope your day is filled with family and fun and food and peace. Look for the quiet moments in the business and brightness, and store them away to savour again at a less festive and fun time of year when you might need them.
Great Joy and Goodwill to all of you!
be blessed!
much love :)
